Great service. The food is cooked after you order so it comes out fresh. We ordered one Bahn Mi and a chicken Pho for the two of us to share. Inhaled it because it was absolutely delicious. The soup was just perfect! We finished our bowl!
Looking forward to coming back soon. -

The steak and brisket Pho was amazing!!
I will definitely go back and try more things I hope this restaurant will last in that location:) -

Cute little spot with authentic Vietnamese food. I came in on a weekend lunchtime and there was only one waitress manning 5+ tables and the cash register, so service was slow. However, the waitress did everything she could to keep things moving, and my food arrived in 20 minutes, so I'm not docking stars for it.
Food: I usually just get pho or vermicelli salads, but I've realized that's really boring, so today I ordered a bbq pork rice plate and an avocado smoothie. Honestly, the rice plate wasn't super impressive. The meat was flavorful and well-cooked, but I expected some more vegetables/toppings. It was really just meat and rice. The avocado smoothie was awesome though. Maybe not worth $4.50, but it was fun to try!
Overall I'd say 3.5 stars but rounding up to support the restaurant. I'd imagine running a Vietnamese place in central MN isn't the easiest thing to do. -

New local family owned restaurant. Great authentic food. The menu says that items are cooked fresh when ordered so there is a short wait. It seems that they are still working out the kinks. The two times we have been there the service is good but can be slow.
I hope Pho V stays around. Great to support a small local business. -

My family has been telling me about this restaurant ever since it opened up, and we took the opportunity to visit when I was in town. It's tucked away in the same strip mall as Plato's Closet, so it can be easy to miss if you don't know it's there. We got the Seafood Pho, Seafood Curry, and Spring Rolls (clearly not seafood fans here or anything). The pho was very flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the Seafood Curry had the perfect amount of spice! There are plenty of other options on the menu, and hope to try out other items in future visits.
I also have to give a shout-out to the avocado shake they have. I have a friend in the Twin Cities that is OBSESSED with avocado shakes, and I can see why. So sweet with the perfect aftertaste of avocado! The price of the shake is fantastic. The shake is $4 (or $5, subject to error), and my friend has told me she pays at least $2 or $3 more for avocado shakes in the Cities. So if you order the avocado shake, know you're getting a deal.
We came here on Thursday night for dinner, and it was a little disheartening to see only a few tables occupied. I hope this restaurant gets local business support. It's so nice to have a tasty Vietnamese place in St. Cloud!
